This year is a year of social media and trends. How will this influence the Christmas lists of the students of Wellington Napoleon?

It seems like most girls are asking for clothes and shoes while boys are asking for new monitors and golf clubs. Some are asking for something more expensive and some are more sentimental. 

Makayla Simsheuser is asking for Megan Moroney Tickets and Dezmond holder is asking for $100. 

Others ask for White Fox hoodies, Uggs, and perfume. Seniors are asking for college supplies and dorm decorations. 

Frankie Mansell is asking for something that will melt anyone's heart. She is asking for her brother to come home from deployment. Frankie Mansells brother, Gabe Mansell, is in the Marines and has been deployed in Finland for 3 months. 

Due to his working, Frankie hasn't seen him in 7 months. Luckily, he is coming home for Christmas for about a month and she will be reunited with her best friend. The family is expecting another amazing Christmas gift when his second child is welcomed into the world. 

Christmas is about being grateful and giving to others. This family is for sure grateful this Christmas.  

Yes, we all hope to get that one material item that we’ve been asking for, but before you rip those presents open, take a look around and spend a moment being grateful for the people in the room.
