No More Hype for Fortnite

This past Saturday was the end of Fortnite's Chapter 1 map. Many players are very upset with the removal of the map, but they did not take its return for granted. In November, Fortnite had over 100 million players play on the OG map. Unfortunately for Fortnite, this hype would not last long. At the start of Chapter 5, players began to be enraged at what the game has done. Fortnite had become a whole different game. Nothing was the same. Many players complained about the movement saying it's too slow, or they said that the weapons are different and nothing like they're used to, and the big one being the new map. It's hard to like the new map after you just had your favorite map come back. This season wasn't all just full of flaws. For years, the Fortnite fanbase has been begging the game to add Peter Griffin from Family Guy as a playable character. Well with this season, they got their wish. Peter Griffin is now a part of this season's Battle Pass, and the players are going crazy about it. All of Peter's items are references to the show, he even has an emote to the Surfin' Bird song and dance.
I interviewed Maddox Blystone and asked him his opinion on the new season. Maddox likes the new season, going on to say, " I like the new Chapter because of the snipers and mythic weapons, I also like the mods you can put on weapons." I asked Maddox if there were any changes he would make to the new season and he said, "I would make it where we had the original pump, and also change the movement back to normal." I also interviewed Marty Lambertson to see his thoughts on the new chapter. Marty did not seem to like the new chapter as Maddox did. Marty said, "I don't like how they changed a lot of the weapons as well as they got rid of the OG map. I want to go back to the OG map. " When I asked about the changes he would make, he went on to say, "I would make the game go back to the OG map so that it could be forever nostalgic and I wouldn't have to change to an entirely new play-style with all the new weapons." Both Maddox and Marty wish we would've stayed on the old map and not the controversial new chapter.
