Killer Mike, a Man in Cuffs? And More From the Grammys..

On Sunday, February 4th of 2024, the Grammy's were held. One man came as a surprise when he won 3 Grammys. An underdog rapper by the name Killer Mike won the "Rap Album", "Rap Song", and "Rap Performance" awards. This rapper surprised everyone a second time, as he was led away in handcuffs after getting his awards. According to the Los Angeles police, he was involved in a physical altercation a few hours before the awards ceremony began. Killer Mike has stated that his arrest was due to a confused and over-excited security guard.

While Mike made a commotion, other eventful things happened as well. Taylor Swift, a hit pop artist, has made history as the first to win best album of the year four times. Before and after receiving the honor, Taylor made sure to stand up the entire time applauding others and spreading her positivity to other winners. Billie Eilish, another hit artist, received song of the year award for the motion picture, "Barbie, What Was I Made For?" While receiving the award, she also performed the hit song live at the Grammys. One thing that made viewers happy, was seeing Miley Cyrus receive a Grammy for her song "Flowers". This was the first Grammy Miley had ever received and made sure to dance and laugh in excitement.
