This week, February 17th-24th is National FFA week. Mr. Garland and the officers took time to gather and plan ideas, which included coming up with creative ideas for dress-up days. This year since there was no school on Monday, the fun started on Tuesday. To start it off was,“Thank A Farmer Day”. The purpose of this day was to dress as a farmer or in patriotic attire. Wednesday was “Wear Case or John Deere clothing”. There was also an ice cream social for all FFA members on Wednesday.

On Thursday, early in the morning, members gathered to cook up the Businessmen's Breakfast. This breakfast is offered to all those in the community to come and enjoy. Mr. Garland and the FFA members woke up early, some as early as 3 am, to help prepare and set this up to make it the best as possible for the community.

Today is the Western Farm Show. The Western Farm Show features many different brands and other cool things around Missouri to show the meaning of FFA and the possible activities that could be done while in FFA. If the halls look bare, it’s because all of our members are enjoying it!

Ending a great week of activities is FFA Sunday. Every year, either the weekend before or after FFA week, the members have the opportunity to go to church. Overall, these are all the activities and events that are held for FFA week this year at Wellington-Napoleon.
